The Yokogawa AQ6370 Optical Spectrum Analyzer packs the power of cutting-edge technologies and user-oriented advanced analysis features. The Yokogawa AQ6370 wavelength accuracy at full range (600-1700 nm) has improved over previous versions. S-band calibration is included as a standard feature for the Ando AQ6370. The new Yokogawa AQ6370 also offers increased measurement speed at higher sensitivity mode.
